Our experience
Our senior team comprises industry veterans with decades of experience in national and international telecommunications. Their passion for innovation and sustainability drives our vision of creating a future-proof digital infrastructure that will support the needs of generations to come.
We’ve worked with most, if not all, the current fibre contractors and communication providers in the UK, and have a deep understanding of the Openreach PIA network and processes. So, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to fibre broadband deployment and operations. This knowledge has helped us develop an innovative build approach, which means we can deliver ultra-fast gigabit networks to homes and businesses on time, every time, irrespective of environment or topography.

What we’re doing
Using the latest XGS-PON technology, we’ll be able to deliver 10 Gbit+ connectivity to businesses, homes, developers and the public sector: we can also provide dark fibre. But as life and tech move fast, our system is not just fit for today, but for the future with a 40/100 Gbit capability.
And we’re going to make installation painless, economical and rapid. To achieve this, we’ve taken a very unconventional approach to the build, which involves a much lower reliance on civils and skilled labour, to avoid the traditional delays. Working smarter means we work faster.
We’ve also created the Tiger Fibre Hub, a cloud-based system, to manage the whole process from design through to installation and asset management. As it’s a transparent system, everyone’s always in the loop, even about payments, which strengthens our relationships with all our partners. The Hub, the heart of our operations, is unique in this industry and drives our ability to achieve an on-time and on-cost network build.

Sustainability is key to our operation too and our build processes are deliberately lean. All our data centres will be powered by renewable energy, where available, our network hardware and topology design will reduce the amount of power needed to deliver fibre to homes and businesses, and low-impact techniques will be used for civils, keeping disruption to the minimum.
